This is a Family Friendly EVENT : FREE festival that celebrates diversity and culture of Africans/African Countries represented in Siouxland. The program of activities includes but not limited to Parade of African Nations, Exhibition of African artifacts, serving of delicious African cuisines, Drumming and dancing, Fashion parade, etc. Guest Artists this year is Kofi Dennis, International Acclaimed Ethnomusicologist, and Duniya. a Traditional drumming and dancing of Guinea West Africa led by Master Drummer Fode Bangoura
