Downtown Sioux City’s first-ever “Gays Eating Garlic Bread” street festival is set to take place on August 10, 2024. On 4th & Virginia Streets, this unique event promises fun, flavor, and philanthropy, with all proceeds benefiting local flood recovery efforts. Grab your favorite blankets and lawn chairs and come on down!

“Gays Eating Garlic Bread” is a celebration of community and generosity. A diverse lineup of live music is in store throughout the evening, local and regional artists will showcase and sell their work in a special art pop-up, and exciting raffle prizes and auction items will be up for grabs, with all proceeds going to flood recovery—free Garlic Bread for all attendees. The evening will end in a dazzling Drag Show featuring the region's hottest Queens.
