Our lived experiences shape the lens through which we perceive the world. Often, we become comfortable viewing life from our singular point of view, limiting our ability to understand ourselves and the situations around us fully.
Through guided exercises and meaningful discussions, you’ll learn how to reframe challenges, such as shifting this happened ‘to me’ to ‘this happened for me,’ allowing you to approach life with curiosity and intention. We will even go a step further and look at when this happened “because of me.” Cost: $20 or FREE for members.
