Two different series – or sign up for both. Affordable rate. You can always drop in, but committing to the summer membership is best option.
Mondays nights at 5:30 pm – a warm and inspiring flow @corestudio.siouxcity
Wednesday mornings at 10 am – a slow supportive flow for balance and strength @corestudio.siouxcity
Each series is $120 or receive both for $180.
