The Betty Strong Encounter Center is pleased to bring the wonderful artwork of Ron McKewon to its main gallery. His exhibition opens Tuesday, August 5 and runs until Sunday, September 14. The free exhibit is open to view during normal business hours.

Ron McKewon grew up in the Midwest along the banks of the Big Sioux River in Sioux City, Iowa. He is a graduate of the Famous Artist Course (correspondence) and the Washington School of Fine Art, where he studied illustration, life drawing, sculpting, landscape, and wildlife painting.
