Bring the whole family out for a safe and festive Halloween experience at the Trick-or-Treat trail! Located at the Sergeant Bluff Rec Complex Trail, families can walk the trail, collect candy and goodies from community partners, and enjoy a fun fall evening together. Costumes are encouraged, and the event is designed for all ages!
