This month come with donations for the Haven House helping victims of domestic violence. Items you can bring in exchange for a class:

– Hand Sanitizing Wipes
– Gas Cards (Hy-Vee/Casey’s)
– Cleaning Supplies
– Gift Cards (Hy-vee, Walmart, Local)
– Toilet Paper
– Non-Perishable Food
-Laundry Detergent
-Women’s, Men’s and Children’s socks and Underwear

This is an all-levels Gentle Yoga class, please register ahead of time to sign waivers!
