This will be a narrated concert for all Siouxland residents at no charge celebrating Black History. It will feature opera singers; Neil Nelson, Shannon Salyards Burton and Clark Sturdevant, a native of Sioux City featured choirs will be Morningside choir, The Gospel Community Choir and Timothy Steele piano accompanist. The narrator will be Monique Scarlett, Sioux City NAACP President. This concert promises to be one that is unforgettable!
