What we don’t always realize is that when one of us is hurting, or when a group of us is hurting, we are all affected. The nervous system doesn’t exist in isolation. We feel the tremors of the world. We carry the weight of these times.
This workshop is for those who are holding that weight.
An invitation to shut the world out for a moment.
To soften.
To return to balance.
This is a resetting of the central nervous system—a space to surrender and recalibrate.
Join me for a candlelit restorative practice supported by hands-on Reiki energy healing. Through gentle, fully-supported postures, we allow the body to move out of fight-or-flight and into rest, repair, and regulation. Reiki will be offered throughout to support energetic clearing and grounding, helping you come back to center.
My work is rooted in shamanic and Reiki energy medicine practices—ceremony, earth-based wisdom, and subtle energy healing woven together. In this space, we gather not only for personal restoration, but for collective healing. When we regulate together, we strengthen the field around us.
This reset will remind you of our shared resilience.

We will close with a guided Metta (loving-kindness) meditation, extending compassion inward and outward—offering healing not just to ourselves, but to the wider web we are all a part of.
