Downtown businesses and residents are invited to learn about the City of Sioux City’s Homeless Assistance Response Team (HART) on Thursday, March 12 at 5:30 p.m. at the Sioux City Public Museum.
Service providers, City staff, and the Sioux City Police Department will give a brief overview of the program and share its successes and challenges in downtown.
