The Makers Market at Sioux City Railroad Museum is set to bring together local vendors, families, and community members for a fun-filled day of shopping, food, and community support.

Taking place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, 10:00AM to 4:00PM, at the Sioux City Railroad Museum (3400 Sioux River Rd, Sioux City, IA 51109), the event will feature over 40 local vendors offering a wide variety of handmade goods, crafts, and unique products.

In addition to shopping, attendees can participate in a raffle featuring eight themed baskets, each filled with items donated by participating vendors. Raffle tickets will be available for $2 each or 3 for $5, with all proceeds going directly to support the museum and its ongoing projects.

There will also be pony rides available for the kids!

Guests can also enjoy classic concessions, including:

Hot dog meal (hot dog, chips, and soda) — $7
Popcorn — $2

All raffle and concession proceeds will benefit the Sioux City Railroad Museum, helping fund current and future improvements, preservation efforts, and community programming.
