Join Eric Jenks for a fun, interactive hour designed to help you strengthen one of the most important skills in every relationship: truly hearing what another person is saying.
Through conversation, a game, a video or two, and plenty of laughter, you’ll explore the habits that can make us better listeners—and the little things that often get in the way.
With a little practice, these skills may help improve communication with your spouse, children, friends, coworkers, pastor…and possibly even your dog.
You’ll leave with practical ideas you can use right away—and, as Eric says, you may even go home thinking, “Well, that didn’t suck.” 🙃
Spouses and partners are especially encouraged to attend together.

ABOUT ERIC:
Over the past 30 years, Eric has led or been a part of many successful sales teams in the animal health world. Building teams and developing their skills has always been a passion.
20 years ago, he became involved with Communication Performance Management Associates (www.cp-ma.com). The consulting business focuses on communication skills for sales and marketing teams including: Listening, Negotiations, Conflict Resolution and other seminars to develop vital skills used in every day partner interactions. Last fall Eric began the John Maxwell Leadership program and will finish in August to add those curricula to the CPMA offerings.
