The alleys of downtown Sioux City are getting artsy once again with the sixth annual Alley Art Festival on Saturday, September 21st in the alleyways between 4th & 6th and Pierce and Nebraska streets!!
Explore Sioux City’s largest refreshed outdoor gallery of 140+ murals, browse the original work of more than 30 regional art vendors, and ruffle your pigeon feathers with unforgettable live music from local and nationally touring acts all day long!
Get your dancing shoes ready – Shamarr Allen & the Underdawgs is headlining Alley Art 2024!
The fun doesn’t stop there – the day will be full of lively creative activities for the young and young at heart. Kids can head to the kids zone & create their very own maraca!
Everyone is invited to join in on the mural-ing fun at the Wall for All- where everyone can paint their own mural or hop in with One Funky House to tie dye your very own t-shirt & accessories!!
Bring the whole family down for a day of fun – Admission is only $5 at the gate AND children 12 & under get in FREE!

Created to reinvent urban spaces with art in 2019, the Alley Art Festival is part of an ongoing effort to enhance walkability between the Historic 4th and the Historic Pearl districts. Showcasing the work of regional artists as muralists and art vendors, musicians and YOU – this community event brings the heart of Downtown Sioux City to life.
