The days are shorter and the darkness can be heavy. Sometimes you need to relight your fire to help you navigate way. Experience the power of sound healing surrounded by candlelight, set with intentions created by you. The evening will begin with a lighting ceremony, and all participants will be given a candle of their own. The evening will end with some Cacao tea.

You will be guided through breathwork, a meditation and sound journey

We use Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, chimes, bells, gongs and frequency to help your body and spirit relax and open you up to the next level of insight and clarity .

Sound Baths create an immersive sound experience that fills the room and the body, helping you to relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, which may have health benefits.
You will want to bring a yoga mat or zero gravity chair, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to be comfortable.

No experience necessary.
