Class Setup: Tables and chairs and we will transition to a yoga style setup.
Refreshments: Each class at Erstwhile Studios features free access to our fully stocked studio tea bar. You are also welcome to bring your own.
Additional Info: Our studio area can be on the chilly side, please dress with the option of layers.
Provisions: Erstwhile has enough chairs, mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets for 12 attendees. This class will be opened up to 18 students.
Please bring those items if you have /would like to use them during class. Our items are first come first serve.
