This is much more than your ordinary adult dance class – it is a safe and nonjudgement space for you to feel the edges of your own vitality in a supportive environment. In This 90 minutes together you will experience power and ease as summer lovingly guides you through various dance styles – allowing you to feel your own rhythm just as you are!

Investment is $15 per class
