Let the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over you, gently guiding your body and mind into a state of relaxation and balance while cocooned and floating in aerial silks.

This meditative session is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for emotional clarity and healing.
