Join the fun at the Sioux City Public Museum as we kick off the celebration of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead. Get crafty with papel picado—beautiful tissue paper banners! Make one to take home and one to help us decorate the Museum for our annual Day of the Dead reception. This is a free event and is open to the public.
