History at High Noon: Girls of ’68 and Bruguier’s Cabin

Learn how one of Sioux City’s most well-known women’s clubs originated and became tied to Bruguier’s Cabin, one of the earliest structures built in what became Sioux City. The Girls of ’68 primary focus now is to maintain and preserve the stories and history surrounding this cabin and the lives of War Eagle and Bruguier, presented by Grace Linden, former Sioux City Public Museum curator of history.

This free, photographic presentation is offered at the Sioux City Public Museum, and attendees are invited to bring their own lunches to enjoy during the presentation.
