Join us for a powerful 3-week Tuesday evening series where we will explore the shamanic journey as a pathway for personal healing, deep insight, and connection with Spirit. Using the rhythmic pulse of the drum, we will enter non-ordinary reality and travel through the three levels of consciousness—the Lower World, Middle World, and Upper World.

The shamanic journey is a time-honored practice of seeking answers, healing, and guidance by shifting our awareness beyond the physical into subtle realms. With each session, we’ll begin with a short description of our journey, gentle opening movement that allows us to drop into deep meditative states—moving from alpha and theta waves into delta brainwave states where direct revelation becomes possible.

This is a space to strengthen your intuitive connection, receive messages, and deepen your relationship with yourself and the unseen world. Just like meditation, journeying is a practice—it unfolds with patience, trust, and an open heart.

All are welcome. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen deeply. Bring a journal and wear comfortable clothes!

Facilitated by Erin Kuehl, ERYT 500, full Mesa/Nusta Mesa carrier in the Q’ero tradition, Shamanic Reiki practitioner, and founder of Evolve Yoga & Wellness. Erin is currently completing her second year of yoga therapy training and brings over a decade of experience in spiritual mentorship and ceremonial work.
