Manifestation practice is a process of bringing dreams and goals into reality by focusing your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions on that outcome as if it has already happened. It is rooted in the concept that what you focus your mind on has the power to shape your experiences.

When you align your thoughts with your intentions every day, you can attract the things you want in life such as weight loss, wealth, happiness, writing a book, getting healthier, speaking in front of an audience, finding Mr. or Mrs. Right, opening a business, expanding artistic abilities, improving relationships, manifesting your dream career, or anything else your heart desires.

It is crucial you know what you want so you are not misdirecting energy and wasting precious time. To know what you truly want, you must understand and love yourself. When you get clear on what you truly want, you will direct your energy toward your goals and live your authentic life.

This Manifestation workshop includes meditations, journaling techniques, visualization techniques, how to create your personalized affirmations, ancient yoga exercises, breath work, chakra balancing, relaxation and focusing techniques and more so you can:

Understanding yourself
Become your authentic self
Improve self-discipline
Direct your energy
Discover what you really want and need
Love yourself and your life
Keep a gratitude journal
Break down goals into manageable steps

Journal to remove mental, emotional and physical obstacles blocking your progress.

Then, we put it all together to create your daily manifestation ritual so you can become the best version of yourself. This workshop includes the Manifestation Manuel by Connie Reynolds.
