Join the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce and the Dakota Valley Business Council in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation as we host the regional National Civics Bee for Iowa and South Dakota.

This nonpartisan competition encourages 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students to engage in civics and share ideas for improving their communities. There are opportunities for recognition, cash prizes, and advancement to the national championship in Washington, D.C.

🕟 4:30 PM – Iowa Student Competition
🕖 7:00 PM – South Dakota Student Competition

✍️ Who Can Enter:
Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student residing in Iowa or South Dakota with an idea for using civics to improve their community.
