🌸Guided Visualization: Travel to your “Inner Sanctuary” to find rest that lasts.
🌸The Release Ritual: We will collectively let go of the burdens and expectations that weigh us down.
🌸Soul Collage: Using mixed media, you will create a visual “anchor” of what peace feels like to you.
🌸Intuitive Letter Writing: A quiet moment to pen a letter to your soul, sealed to be opened when you need it most.
