Jefferson Beer Supply has officially opened The Wurst Place, a new gourmet sausage kitchen located inside the taproom. Guests order directly at the bar, keeping the experience quick and casual. The menu focuses on German-inspired, Midwest-made sausage baskets, scratch soups, and beer-friendly appetizers designed for fast work lunches, easy weeknight dinners, and family outings.

The Wurst Place offers lunch service Thursday–Sunday, making Jefferson Beer Supply a new option for fast lunch breaks. Rotating soups and a streamlined ordering ensure that guests can be in and out on their lunch hour. For those that work remotely, our wifi friendly taproom is a great place to camp out in for the last couple hours of the work day. Every Monday night features “Mondays Are (For) the Wurst,” a weekly Buy One, Get One wurst basket special, encouraging guests to start their week on a playful, affordable note. 

Popular menu items include the Cheese Louise with pimento cheese & Sue Bee Hot Honey, The Lone Pony with kraut & house-made mustard with 1859 Kölsch ale, and the Pho Real Dawg, a Vietnamese-inspired take on a specialty sausage with pickled veggies, herbs and more. Plus giant Bavarian pretzels- warm, soft, and shareable.

The Wurst Place Hours:

• Thursday – Saturday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM
• Monday (evenings): 4 PM – 8 PM — special promo night
• Closed Tuesday & Wednesday (taproom still open)
