Celebrate one of Siouxland’s summer traditions as the River-Cade Downtown Parade makes its way through downtown Sioux City!

Join spectators along 4th Street for an evening filled with colorful floats, marching groups, local businesses, community organizations, royalty, classic vehicles, music, and plenty of hometown pride. Whether you’re continuing a family tradition or attending for the first time, the River-Cade/Riverssance Parade is a summer event you won’t want to miss.

📍 Route: 4th Street from Court Street to Nebraska Street

After the parade, head to the Sioux City Public Museum grounds for the FREE Dairy Queen Ice Cream Social and the Children’s Smile Contest Finals – a fun way to cap off the evening!
