Let’s Build It! Young learners explore concepts of balance through play by creating towers and bridges with blocks and tinker toys. Practicing balance develops physical coordination and spatial recognition in youth which positively impacts their pre-literacy skills.
Resources provided by the Iowa Regents’ Center for Early Developmental Education at the University of Northern Iowa through the STEM Scale Up Program of the Iowa Governor’s STEM Advisory Council.
Parking free is at the Aalfs Downtown Library on weekends.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
